| | | | Happy New Year! We're focusing on a healthy and productive 2022 for everyone. With that in mind, we are making the very difficult decision to move to a virtual ACT Tech Summit this spring, instead of in-person with our partners at NetVU & Vertafore. We've been receiving increased notices from our ACT members that travel is being reduced or halted for the near future, and while we can't know exactly what March will look like, we have to make a decision right now in the best interest of our members. So, we are quickly pivoting to announce a virtual ACT Tech Summit running April 19 & 20. Registration is now open HERE!
And while we ARE offering the same solid agenda as we would have had in-person - it WON'T be the same, old virtual insurance conference! Stay tuned as we announce more interactive sessions and opportunities to be engaged and immersed in the Summit experience.
And in other exciting news, we want to announce that we have created a framework for a multi-year Evolution of ACT. This impacts all areas of ACT; Work Group interaction, improving how content is delivered, our ACT website, ACT Tech Summit meetings, adding more accessible and usable technology guidance – all positioning ACT so that we can best address technology guidance need for Big 'I' members. We're beginning with Work Groups; improving our work group meeting experiences by providing more avenues to submit feedback before and during the meetings, using virtual sticky notes, white boards, etc. Look for more details on this emerging plan soon!
